Project Research, Innovation, Invention and Development Centre Pvt. Ltd. is a for-profit company. It was registered on Bhadra 17, 2080 (September 3, 2023) at the Company Registrar’s Office, Tripureshwor.

The visionary and founding Chairman of the company is Dron Parajuli. The company is being advanced under an open project partnership model, designed to be scalable for operation both domestically and internationally.

The company aims to provide services focused on project research, innovation, invention, and development. It operates programs both independently and in collaboration with private sector entities, government bodies, development partners, international organizations, schools, colleges, and universities.

Main Objectives of the Company:

1. Conduct and facilitate research and studies across various disciplines and sectors to develop new technologies.
2. Foster a culture of innovation to promote creative thinking, generate novel ideas, and develop innovative solutions to problems.
3. Support researchers and inventors in concept development, working on new products, technologies, and processes, and create a conducive environment for the same.
4. Establish collaborative frameworks with educational institutions, industries, research-based organizations, and institutions to implement projects in research, invention, and innovation.
5. Collaborate with global experts and practitioners to research cutting-edge technologies and inventions, and implement programs for technology development and transfer.
6. Conduct capacity-building training and skill development programs to enhance the capabilities and creativity of researchers, inventors, and innovators.
7. Develop support systems and programs to create a conducive environment for new and startup companies and ideas, and to establish innovative concepts in the market — essentially developing an incubation center.
8. Before market entry, develop prototypes of inventions and innovations, facilitate patent registration, copyright, trademark registration, and establish and develop laboratories for prototype development.
9. Develop systems and services for the protection, management, preservation, and development of intellectual property related to inventions and innovations, and create an enabling environment for the same.
10. Develop support and assistance systems to facilitate the development and marketing of products and services created for human society.
11. Conduct research on societal issues such as unemployment, aging, waste management, education, health, transportation, environment, agriculture, and industry, and present innovative projects to the Government of Nepal and relevant authorities in other countries for implementation.
12. Study market conditions, demand, and potential opportunities to develop results with innovative inventions, ideas, and methodologies.
13. Take collective initiatives on various dimensions of humanitarian crises and emphasize programs, inventions, and research for intellectual solutions.
14. Conduct public awareness programs such as seminars, capacity building, exhibitions, conferences, and campaigns to promote widespread initiatives in project research, innovation, invention, and development.
15. In short, the company shall be referred to as PRIDE Center. To ensure its sustainable and continuous development, it will initiate resource mobilization and secure financial, physical, and psychological support from partner organizations, donor agencies, government bodies, corporate companies, and social development institutions. It will also conduct programs to generate economic resources through PRIDE Center initiatives.
16. Conduct project proposal writing training, project development, master plan formulation, periodic planning, mid-term expenditure structuring, financial planning, project bank creation, and collaborate with the Government of Nepal and its subordinate bodies.
17. Document all programs organized by PRIDE Center and publish and distribute online journals and souvenirs.
18. Develop quality standards and accredited ICT systems for quality service delivery, conduct skill testing, product testing, and quality measurement systems, and collaborate with relevant authorities for certification.
19. Organize international conferences and award programs related to project research, innovation, invention, and development.
20. Promote evolutionary culture and project development through literary works, songs, ghazals, compositions, novels, poems, plays, and performances; establish and operate PRIDE Centers at international, central, provincial, municipal, and ward levels.
21. Organize investment conferences, discussions, and interactions to arrange capital investment and management for project research, innovation, and development.
22. Annually conduct National and International PRIDE Awards and Project Research, Innovation, Invention and Development Awards.
23. Conduct research on cutting-edge ICT technologies such as AI, blockchain, 3D animation, robotics, etc., and develop related projects.
24. Conduct research and exploratory programs in space science, astronomy, cosmology, etc., and develop necessary projects.
25. Build a global PRIDE Center network and formulate operational and strategic plans for at least 500 years of sustained operation.
